SANS PAREILLE - two voyages in 1845

1. SANS PAREILLE from Newcastle, Leith, arrived Port Adelaide 26 May, 1845 after a voyage of nearly 6 month - due to being driven to the Faroe Islands where she was long detained by stress of weather, and by heavy contrary gales after she had rounding the Cape. Fortunately she had no passengers, or they would have been subjected to the severest hardships - both firewood and biscuits having run out before she reached port.
